Updates to the MYER one program
As part of upcoming changes to the MYER one program, the Additional Cardholder feature will no longer be available from 1 August 2025. This means any existing Additional Cardholder accounts will become inactive from 1 August 2025.

Exciting changes are coming with the MYER one program relaunching in October. As a result, MYER one members can no longer assign an Additional Cardholder to their account.

Existing Additional Cardholders will be removed from Primary Cardholder accounts on 1 August 2025. If Additional Cardholders wish to continue to be a part of the MYER one program, they can create their own account here .

If you wish to update your Additional Cardholder's details prior to 1 August 2025, please contact our Customer Experience team on 13MYER (13 69 37).

This MYER one account is no longer active. This may be due to previously having more than one MYER one account.
